Carsoli, Grotte di Pietrasecca in pole position: estate 2022 di grande successo

CARSOLI – Proseguono fino a fine anno le visite guidate seppure calendarizzate nel fine settimana e giorni festivi compreso Natale, ed il periodo autunnale regala comunque colori e sentori unici nelle visite presso la Riserva. Una esperienza profonda vissuta da un numero sempre crescente di visitatori che da ogni dove durante l’estate appena trascorsa fanno tracciare un bilancio altamente positivo per le attività svolte.

La Riserva naturale è in pole position dunque. Si è potuti tornare a gruppi di 25, rispetto al contingentamento dei periodi precedenti generato dall’emergenza covid, ed inoltre l’intera area è stata vissuta come una eccellenza del turismo naturalistico del centro Italia.

Il team delle Grotte è stato molto affiatato e motivato dal raggiungimento di importanti obiettivi fortemente caratterizzanti. E’ piaciuto un pò tutto, dall’accoglienza sempre molto cordiale, esaustiva e che pone il visitatore a suo agio sin dal primo istante per vivere quella che è una profonda esperienza di vita.

“Siamo particolarmente soddisfatti – spiega il sindaco Velia Nazzarro – il contest della nostra Riserva Naturale è tornato a pieno regime ed il turismo naturalistico è stato ulteriormente riscoperto durante la pandemia. Abbiamo riscontrato un forte aumento delle visite, con interesse rilevato in diverse fasce di età, ma soprattutto ci ha colpito l’entusiasmo di quanti in uscita dalle grotte ci hanno significato le loro emozioni ed i loro ringraziamenti per gli standard che vengono attuati. Oltre alla magnificenza delle grotte, visitabili con diverse opzioni di livello, la riserva offre uno spaccato di natura incastonata ed immersa nella pace. Sia in estate che in autunno i colori ed i sentori di questo luogo magico entusiasmano tutti. Molto curata – conclude il sindaco – anche la parte di accoglienza che è fondamentale per l’esaustività delle informazioni e soprattutto per l’assistenza durante la fase di equipaggiamento. E gli obiettivi per il 2023 sono in ulteriore crescita. Con l’occasione ringrazio tutti coloro che a vario titolo e ruolo hanno contribuito con il loro impegno a rendere questa estate 2022 indimenticabile”.

“L’estate appena trascorsa – spiega Salvatore Callipo presidente dell’Ente gestore della riserva – ci ha ripagato in soddisfazione per l’impegno profuso nella fase precedente e quindi progettuale ed in quella vissuta durante la molteplicità degli eventi. Le grotte, la nostra riserva è protagonista indiscussa del patrimonio naturalistico dell’Abruzzo, entrando a pieno titolo a fregiarsi dell’appellativo di “Tesori d’Abruzzo” conquistato con l’attuazione di un importante progetto d’immagine. Gran parte delle sfide che ci aspettavano le abbiamo raccolte e sicuramente, a giudicare dai risultati dell’estate, le abbiamo vinte. L’offerta della Riserva è in crescita, e grande attenzione è stata posta anche sul percorso istruttivo e formativo che è presso la sede della Riserva in piazza Grande a Pietrasecca. Ci aspettano però ancora tante emozioni, le grotte sono ancora aperte nei fine settimana e durante le festività, e c’è ancora molto spazio da vivere nella stagione dei colori d’autunno. E noi ci saremo, la Riserva protagonista”.
