Carsoli – Sono di nazionalità diverse, parlano lingue diverse ma sono tutti uniti sotto un comune unico denominatore: rendersi utili e dare un senso tangibile e concreto a questo campo internazionale che è partito di recente ed organizzato dall’associazione “Il Mondo in una stanza”. Hanno iniziato già con le pensiline di attesa degli autobus, provvedendo a rivenirciare i montanti in legno e a cancellare con olio di gomito e diluenti le scritte che offuscavano le pareti petrimetrali in plexigas ora ridiventato luminoso e trasparente. E questa mattina i volontari dal mondo hanno tirato a lucido i giardini Pubblici, dando vita ad una task force di bonifica e di riordino generale. I ragazzi si sono soffermati in particolare sulla manutenzione alle sedute dell’area anfiteatro, e delle panchine pubbliche. Ma oltre all’utilità sociale della loro azione, l’importanza sta soprattutto nel messaggio che giovani d’oggi riescono a lanciare nell’ambito di una comunità. Hanno letto le precedenti pubblicazioni, che Fosca Di Natale (volontaria del campo di casa nostra) ha provveduto a tradurre in inglese per farlo leggere anche agli altri ragazzi. L’importanza dell’arredo urbano e la tenuta decorosa di uno spazio come i giardini pubblici che sono il salotto di una città è sicuramente una nota da rilevare. Ebbene ragazzi in gamba e buon lavoro.
